Back roads thru San Marcos, avoiding PAR.
Twin Oaks becomes low traffic after mile 12 - don't miss the turn onto Silverleaf.
W Lilac is great N County climb. Fairly low traffic and not super steep.
Refuel at mile 33 - Bates Nut Farm (restroom, food, drinks). Not Valley Center.
If a car comes up behind you descending Lake Wohlford, slow down and let them pass.
Then you can enjoy the rest of the descent in peace.
