Tough bit of climbing, with bonus hills at the end!
Major climbs include:
- 14 mi Prince of Peace Abbey - Totally gratuitous and unecessary, but the abbey parking lot alone will calm you down for the rest of the ride.
- 22 mi Sleeping Indian - Unecessary climb, and a brute! Did you remember to take your steroids?
- 29 mi W Lilac - Long and lovely climb. Highlight of the ride.
- 41 mi Champagne - Unforgiving climb on a hot day, without shade, and near noisy traffic. Decent shoulder, when does it end?
- 53 mi Twin Oaks - Not the easy way, but it will build muscles 9 ways from Sunday.
- 63 mi Leucadia - The final insult. You will pollute the road with your lactic acid.
