Route 532 - Hill repeats 6x up San Elijo / Tsin Oaks. 40 miles, 7745'

Hill repeats will make you a better climber; a better biker. This route provides a brief gentle warmup over Borden before doing 6 repeats of the climb to the San Elijo fire station.

Melrose (413') to Fire Station (1325') = 900' el gain in 2.9 miles
     This is the best climb for repeats - long and steady.
Melrose (413') to Double Peak (1634') = 1200' el gain in 3.6 miles
     Double Peak is overkill for hill training because of its steepness, but is good for overload.
Craven (617') to Fire Station (1325') = 700' el gain in 1.9 miles
     The Twin Oaks side has more changes in pitch and starts at a higher elevation.
